Job Description:

Key Accountabilities:
-          Responsible for countrywide documentation controlling and custody, which includes commercial and individual accounts documentation, personal finance, mortgage, investment and other credit related documents and agreements.

-          Manage and supervise teams on the proper execution of processes of document custody, reviewing and ensuring the integrity and security of documents in relation to the applicability and compliance with regulatory and legislative rules.

-          Develop and implement documents deficiency tracking procedures and report breaches of key regulatory and compliance requirements.

-          Liaise with business managers and stakeholders for feedback on deficiencies/deferrals, and strategies for improvements.

-          Plan and coordinate implementation of scanning project for the existing records and thereafter business as usual for document scanning.

-          Monitor production lines and capacity planning to ensure efficiency and productivity improvement.

-          Establish and monitor service indicators for the delivery of documents and resolution of enquiries from regulatory, compliance and business units.

 

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
-          Previous experience in Compliance Management or Operations Management (Centralized Ops or Branch Operations or Corporate Services or Cash Management Ops, etc.)  in a reputable bank or financial organization is essential.
-          Strong knowledge of KSA account opening rules and regulations  , AML and KYC activities
-          Excellent interpersonal skills
-          People and performance management skills
-          Strong organizational and project management skills
-          Excellent communication skills – reading and writing both in Arabic and English.
-          Should be self starter and drive initiatives that contributes to long term service excellence
-          10+ years  experience
-          Bachelor degree preferably in Computer Science or Business Administration.
