Job Description:
  • To be part of the Team planning the recruitment strategy and source talent with an objective to meet the requirements.
  • To plan and prepare staff training and development and liaisewith department heads.
  • Manage the outsourcing companies of the Bank and ensure compliance with the legal requirements and standards laid out by the Bank.
  • Responsible to manage and to ensure that the service standards for the labour, Gosi LMRA & immigration unit are met.
  • Prepare the induction program for new recruits in co-ordination with Line Managers.
  • Open staff current accounts for new recruits and issue cheque book upon staff request.
  • Responsible for updating CAD team for staff payroll/ salary amendments monthly.
  • Prepare the final settlement for resigned staff.
  • Update the HRMS system for new joiners.
  • Obtain the reference feedback for new joiners.
  • Lead, direct and manage the following functions of the Bank:

  Good & Services
  Office Supplies
  Office Boys
  Stationery/ Printing press
  Issuing Quotations to suppliers
  Payment invoices. Payment orders
  Hotels, travel arrangements, transportation, flight bookings, and airport Pick  up/Drop

  • General Services:

  Visa arrangements
  Travel arrangements
  Hotel arrangements
  Bank events

 

Job Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • 4-6 years of HR experience especially in management level recruitment.
  • An understanding of the business and roles in all of the banks units.
  • Experience and skills in evaluation of candidates to asses job and profile fit.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of Immigration and Labour Law.
  • Sound Knowledge of administrative functions of a small organization.
  • Proven leadership skills/ qualities along with inter-personal communication and organizational skills.
  • Post Graduate Degree in Business Management.
  • Computer skills (Windows environment, MS Office... Etc.)
  • Excellent command in spoken/ written English.
