Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- 1. Assuming key responsibilities in organizing and monitoring ongoing business activities;
- 2. Responsible for assessing enduring functional needs, system set-ups and process improvement tasks;
- 3. Assemble information on new (business) product requirements, define processing workflows, implement new rules, system set-ups, incorporate ongoing changes to operating procedure, desk-manual, product program;
- 4. Guide back-office users to record complex structured transactions,
- 5. Define new product/transaction confirmation templates;
- 6. Reconcile front/back positions and P&L by asset-class, by trader, by portfolio;
- 7. Review product/process documentation including ISMA, customers custody agreements, transaction term-sheets etc.
- 8. Ensure concluded transactions are recorded in line with approved policies & procedures and out-of-order memos are in place on noted exception;
- Strictly adhered to banks policies, operating procedures, accounting principles and regulatory guidelines in managing all business related activities;

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 to 7 years in treasury front/ middle and back office related work-experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial services industry processes, with a focus on treasury front, middle and back office operations, regulatory/compliance, accounting/financial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for reporting exception on position P7L reconciliation and complex structured confirmation documentation handling and agreements.
