·         Must have experience in developing high net worth customer propositions in a financial services business.

      Must possess comprehensive knowledge of –

1. The offshore life assurance and investment markets.

    

2. Competitor and replacement/alternative offerings

    

3. Main financial planning options within the region

    

4. Marketing practices and methodology, specifically relating to product marketing and product development.

    

5. Regulatory and compliance requirements.

    

6. The sales and advice process

    

·         Have appreciation of local Middle East and UK cultural business practices and attitudes

• A minimum of 8 years experience.
