Own and manage multiple investment decision processes
– Develop concept memos on potential investments for Go / No go
decisions
– Lead detailed analyses and develop DD recommendations
– Liaise with external advisors and coordinate the due diligence
processes
– Develop final investment recommendations
Own the monitoring of firm's investments
– Staying up to date on key industry/company developments
– Lead the preparation of materials for firm's representatives on the
Boards of investments
– Work with Portfolio Analyst to forecast cash flows for investment
Ensure development of analysts through training and actionable feedback
Build a network within the financial community to source potential deals that the firm may be interested in.

Must have at least 5-8 years experience

Bachelor's Degree holder
