Job Description:

 

Dept:   Liabilities & Customer Segments

Group:  Liabilities & Wealth Management

·         To acquire new to bank of high net worth individuals (portfolio of AED > 500,000 m plus)

·         Achieve sales volumes and targets and contribute to the bottom line profitability of the division and the bank.

·         The RM will work closely in partnership with Centers RMs in the acquisition of quality business and hand over the same for deepening relationship and investment penetration.

Reports directly to: Sales Manager

Target  Achievement: ·        

·         The job holder would be responsible for achieving sales target   as stated in the Objectives.

 

 

 

 

Portfolio AUM Increase Investment Penetration:

 

·         Prospect new clients and increase the bank market share.

·         Maximize his/her portfolio profitability and increase the AUMs. .

·         To enhance investment penetration in portfolio by sales/referral of Investment and Bancassurance Products

 

 

 

 

Portfolio and AUM Increase Customer Relationship Management:

 

·         Heavily focused on prospecting new high net worth individuals to increase the bank’s market share on new to bank customers.

 

Target  Achievement:

·         Maintain, serve and enhance his/her existing relationships and achieve targeted sales numbers through capitalizing on his/her sales skills and analytical abilities in presenting and providing the suitable products to his/her clients.

·         Enhance the Wealth Management proposition through on going relationship management and by providing proactive investment advice to customers.

·         Achieves volume and revenue goals via the combination of customer acquisition and relationship deepening through the execution of an effective sales process as per the set business plan.

Job Requirements:
  • Must have at least 3-5 years relevant experience
  • University Degree
  • Good communication skills
